Love Koi!

Peaceful and Relaxing!

Great graphics

Ive been playing this game for a long time now. I like the game but Im starting to get bored with it. There is no benefit to leveling up. The fish should be better as you progress but they arent. I think Im done with this game. Fun in the beginning then boring later. Disappointing

Pocket Pond Rocks!

This game is totally awesome! Dont listen to other people! This game is really cool!

Pocket pond 2

It is so fun and addicting to play

koins

need more ways to be able to earn koins.

Fix it please!

It crashes instantly. I was excited to try this game and am very disappointed that it didnt work.

Too much work!

I really enjoyed the original versions of this as a way to relax and calm myself by watching the fish, and maybe do a little bit of dropping dragonflies or catching fish, nothing too demanding. They seem to want to make one of those "God Games" like Civilization out of this version--Cleaning filters, breeding fish, etc. I didnt even make it through the in terminal tutorial. And apparently you have to feed the fish every day to keep them healthy. I am too old to play Tamaguchi (sp?). Deleted halfway through the tutorial.

A FIN or a end

A end or no,tell me soon then I give a 5 stars

Frustrating!

I reloaded this because I enjoyed a long time ago... However the start screen wouldnt go away!

Stupid

What is this? I thought I was just downloading an app, but apparently it was a tank micromanagement system. Its forcing me to name fish, clean the tank, etc. Its absurd.

Love it

This game is so peaceful and beautiful. Makes me smile all the time.

Cannot remove this app!!!

Every time I attempt to delete, my phone freezes and had to restart. Not okay.

Good except for the fish

I like the additional things you can do in this app compared to Koi Pond, which is longer being developed, but the fish animations arent as good. They move more like torpedoes. The developers should check out the fluid movement and calm of the fish in Koi Pond.

Could be WAY better

Unfortunately, this game is run almost entirely on coins and is very stingy on giving them out. Even buying them with real money wont get you very much. It costs 99 cents to get 20 coins, and the cheapest thing in the store costs 4 coins. The only things you can buy with the easily obtained credits is food, dragonflies (which you never have to buy anyway because you get a pack of 12 at least once a week with the daily gift and they are very annoying and 1 per pond is plenty), and one lily pad (one per pond.) The daily gifts are mostly credits and dragonflies with some free bait thrown in and a free koi or coins on rare occasions, the only plus to them is after 5 days in a row of collecting the gifts you have a chance to spin the coin wheel, but there is a good chance that you will land on zero. This game has now become more of a chore because the only incentive to play is the chance to spin the wheel in the hopes you can advance the game way later. This might be easier to play and work around if you were okay with constantly selling your fish, otherwise youll reach your cap of six per pond very quickly, and good luck on getting ponds which cost about $3 in real money. Otherwise you wont be able to catch anything or breed your fish which is about all you can do besides feed them and let them nibble your finger. The last thing which looses an entire star is just how LOUD this game is, and you cant turn it off. Its louder than my music apps, and I have to remember to turn my sound down before loading it up. Its very embarrassing if I forget in public.

HEARTBROKEN

Ive had this app for years and looked forward to feeding and playing with my koi every day. I used to show my husband when I found a pretty one. I can still see the look on his face when I would be feeding them and he would ask if that was what I was doing. He wasnt a telephone game app person but liked that I had found something that I enjoyed. In the past couple months it got where when I opened the app everything would be white except the words to restore in the upper right corner. It wouldnt respond when clicked on though and I would have to uninstall and reinstall then restore. Also it got where I would feed and play with all my koi and back up then when I would go in later it was like I hadnt. Sometimes that would happen three or four times a day. Anyway a couple weeks ago I had to uninstall and when I reinstalled it and went to restore it kept telling me that my restore code was invalid. I tried over and over but I got the same response. Im a really sentimental person especially since my husband passed away and felt a kinda connection when I would see a koi that reminded me of a conversation we had or just seeing the age and thinking that I had that one when he was alive. My first Ochiba was 1,025 days old! My husband has been gone for 677 days. Anyway I went on the developer site and sent them an email explaining the situation and I have not received a response. Even if they cant help me looks like they would at least tell me. I spent a lot of money in the beginning getting everything set up. I guess since I wasnt spending any money now they figure they will make me start over but now I dont have the money to do it. Im sorry this is so long but it just bothers me that I lost everything and that people seem to not care anymore.

No ambience

I really enjoyed playing with this app. Its stupid, I know, to have to feed virtual fish every day, but it was so calming, especially with the ambient sounds. Too bad they quit working after the last iOS update. Ive emailed the developer, but have not heard back. Please fix this! Its the best part!

Another freemium scam

The freemium pricing model can work when done right. But games like this, Plants vs Zombies 2, Six Guns, etc. ruin the game with their greed. I paid for fish in this game and because I was busy living my life for a couple days and didnt play the game, it killed off my fish and it wants me to pay again to get back the fish I already bought. Give me a break. Games like this exist solely to manipulate you into spending as much on a little mobile time waster as you would on an immersive console game. You cant enjoy them unless you keep paying for it over and over again. For freemium to work and to be fair and not hinder enjoyment of the game, you cant make it so that regular payments are required. They have to be optional upgrades you can buy. Games like this just leave you feeling like a stripper just fast talked into the $100 private room dance and left you broke and unfulfilled.

Really

This game is awesome and fun but can you make it to were the fish cant go off screen and the frogs wont swim away if there is only on Lilly pad. !!!please!!!

Very disappointed

I downloaded this so I could play with my friend, and now neither one of us can post on FB, and my ponds dont show up as shared even though they are marked as shared. So she cant visit me and every time I try and search for her ponds (connected through Facebook) I get an error and she even tried by email and she gets an error message...not cool. Making it no fun and probably going to delete if its not fixed. Whats the point if you cant play with friends?

Needs update!! Bad support, dont buy

What happened to the thunderstorm and other ambient background sounds I purchased? Cant hear them only the water sounds work. Cant even preview the others now!
